Welcome!

The beautiful scenery I encountered on my backpacking trips inspired me to take its picture and share it with others. Lately I've been discovering that the detailed beauty of flowers can be just as impressive as the sweeping vistas and impressive skies of the mountains. Especially when the sun shines through the leaves covered with raindrops.

Beautiful things energize me, bright colors make me happy so I'll continue to explore and document the way I see the world.

Update: I've recently hiked the length of Arizona from the Mexican border to the Utah border. It was an 800 mile backpacking trip with beautiful scenery. I'll be adding pictures soon and hopefully will be updating my journal at www.trailjournals.com/APAZT
